Senior/Team Leader Java Developer

Responsibilites
- Implementation of new functionalities
- Closely cooperation with business, technical advisory and project requirements collections
- Architecture and system design
- Cooperation with team members on time and project estimation
- Monitoring and supervising quality of deliverables
- Analyzing application defects and bug fixing
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Java SE (Java EE or Spring experience is highly preferable)
- Experience in .Net will be a plus
- Experience as a team leader and team coordination
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience in cooperation with business and PO
- Code quality oriented practices and automated acceptance testing
We offer
A project that is an intranet application which is automating the placement for hedge and mutual funds orders. The application is responsible for the creation of the contractual/legal documents as well as the electronic submission of those (by fax or email). All documents created within application are archived.
Project is already running on production for a few years.
There will be a huge field for initiatives, which will help set the project running as smoothly as possible.
The team will start with working on already existing problems. After a while some new functionality to implement will come.
