Senior Technical Support Engineer

Role summary:

The work of the R&D center will start with a large, extended project for one of the Company's main clients. This client is the world's leading provider of customer service and contact center software and services, with over 2,000 customers in 80 countries. It serves over 50 percent of Global 200 companies, over 60 percent of the Global 100 World's largest commercial banks, 16 of 20 of the world's largest telecommunications and service providers, all of the 10 world's largest automotive companies, and 4 of 5 of the world's largest airlines. Our client's software directs more than 100 million interactions every day from contact centers to back offices.

• experience in software development
• knowledge of Java or .NET 
• basic knowledge of and experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2)
• basic knowledge of SQL
• understanding of and experience in various OS, such as Unix SUN and W2k, and W2k3
• understanding of enterprise routing in voice (telephony) networks
• experience in voice and data network systems development and/or support
