Monitor the test automation progress, software and data
Channel multiple Scrum-team members initially undergoing regression testing/automation work
Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing team
Monitor the progress of the automated and manual tests
Manage relationships with the embedded test managers of the eight scrums.
Senior test manager with over 5 years of experience
Experienced in programs and building up testing teams
Technology of choice: Quality Centre, JIRA
Experience of leading small to medium sized cross border project delivery teams
Experience of leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
Motivated, flexible, self-starter, who can work on own initiative as well as part of a small team
Methodical, quality oriented, deadline driven with excellent problem solving skills
Time management, organisational and leadership skills under pressure
