Senior Test Manager

Responsibilites
- Ownership of testing schedule and plan, stakeholder agreement and ongoing tracking
- Identification of dependencies required to perform testing activities (e.g. environments planning and configuration, test case development, user access, requirements traceability matrix development) and ensuring these are in place sufficiently in advance of all IT and user executed test phases
- Be the key point of contact for CFO Change and business SMEs during testing planning and execution. Documenting outcome of tests conducted, following up on remediation with the developers
- Identifying and managing risks and issues associated for testing and consequences for final go-live decision
- Ensuring all testing activities are communicated appropriately and proactively to all stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in delivering test schedules/plans
- Excellent knowledge of testing components and requirements / dependencies
- Understanding of environments and technical requirements for availability/ partitioning / configuration
- Sustained exposure to liaising internally with IT teams and business users in
- the context of testing deliverables
- Issue identification and root cause analysis skills.
- Day to day project management and leadership skills
- Used to working to tight deadlines and flagging potential problems at an early stage
- Skilled at problem solving and solution generation
- Attention to accuracy, detail, presentation and timeliness of delivery
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience of working with and/or leading virtual teams across multiple locations
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, equivalent education or qualifying experience
