Senior Transition Manager

Responsibilites
- Provide SME input in the creation of business outsourcing and offshoring pipelines;
- Working with business functional leads to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes offshore;
- Leading outsourcing transitions across multiple waves managing both vendor and internal staff through successful transitions;
- Providing clear, concise and accurate senior management updates;
- Ensuring compliance with corporate Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
- Ensuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that vendor performance is closely monitored and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management and/or management consulting experience;
- Previous experience leading programs and/or work-streams in the outsourcing of functional processes BPO);
- Experience managing senior stakeholders up to and including Managing Director (or equivalent) levels;
- Ability to manage teams and objectives with conflicting priorities across functions, businesses and time zones;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Ability to influence decisions and individuals without formal authority;
- Ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data;
- Ability to travel and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
Additional assets:
- Understanding of Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management functions;
- Project Management certification and/or International Association of Outsourcing Professionals certification (COP or COS F&A);
- Written and spoken German.
