To work on AIBY products, we’re looking for a talented Senior UX Researcher who’s passionate about understanding user behavior and turning that knowledge into meaningful insights that’ll shape the future of AIBY’s diverse product portfolio.
In this role, you’ll be part of an awesome UX Research team where proactivity, ownership, and knowledge sharing are valued. Your research will guide key decisions, from product ideation to final design, ensuring AIBY apps stay user-centric, intuitive, and delightful to use. Your expertise’ll directly influence product strategy, enhance user experience, and help millions of people who rely on AIBY apps!
- Conduct end-to-end UX research, from planning and executing research to analyzing and synthesizing findings
- Perform research at all stages of the product lifecycle, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, presented in a clear and accessible manner
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to integrate insights into product roadmaps and advocate for the user experience
- Lead and facilitate workshops for your colleagues to inspire innovative solutions
- Deliver presentations of research findings in various formats
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX Research, with a proven track record in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Deep knowledge of a variety of UX research methodologies and techniques
- Proficiency with industry-standard research tools such as Maze, Useberry, UserTesting, Loop11, Userlytics, etc.
- Advanced verbal and written English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of Russian (B2/C1) - fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
- Excellent communication skills – ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, engaging way to different stakeholders
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity in proposing hypotheses to uncover user needs and generate new opportunities for product growth
