• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from wireframe lo/hi fidelity mock ups and final designs to final hand-off to engineering
• Have a focus on user experience, simplicity and elegant solutions at all times.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Work closely with product manages and user researchers to understand requirements and deliver the right solution
• Work closely with the development teams to ensure that designs can be successfully translated into a software solution.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
