Implement the .NET web-based solution in the area of structured product issuance and management

- Design and build structured product issuance and managed application using .NET and MS SQL Server
- Develop new functionality on existing systems and analyse and develop system maintenance fixes

- Skills Required:
Skills
- Must is Ms. In Computer Science (or related - including Physics/Mathematics)
Min 4 years of experience developing complex distributed applications
Skills needed:
- Senior in C# basics
- Senior in C# web-development with MVC and WebApi
- Senior in understanding principles and patterns (MVC, MVVM, REST, Dependency Injection, Asynchronous Module Definition are a must)
- At least regular with JavaScript development (understanding: modules, async calls, promises, prototype inheritance)
- At least regular regarding MS SQL Server 2008 (understanding: procedures, common table expressions, window functions, how to analyze and fix performance of queries)
- Experience in working with Entity Framework and LINQ
- Knowledge in automated software testing is needed (unit/integration testing is a must)
- Knowledge regarding deployment processes and Team City usage is a plus
- Experience in database versioning systems is a plus (we use RedGate)
- Knowledge regarding structured products is a plus
- At least regular in other .NET technologies (WCF, WPF) as short-term switch to different projects in the same banking area could be needed
- Proactive approach and readiness to take responsibilities in other areas (the team is currently is preparing to propose unified JavaScript stack for different areas in the company, person willing to drive this would be appreciated).
This application is used by the Advisory and Lifecycle management teams (collectively Product Management) in Zurich, APAC and New York. The advisory section helps with open architecture pricing and issuance while the LCM section is responsible for data quality and RM Event Notification. It is a key application for sourcing structured product data to external systems and for business reporting.
We are a distributed team of 8 members releasing into production on a monthly basis.
