Welcome to the Employment Services team. We add value by supporting globally Nordea employees in administrative issues from hire to rehire. As Service Controller you’ll play a valuable role in supporting daily services, team and manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily assigning & monitoring tickets, e-mails, employee workflows in Ticketing Tool, common mailboxes and HR systems
- Preparing daily report for the team regarding unsolved issues & support in solving and escalating them
- Monitoring & reporting daily and monthly KPI & SLA's
- Monitoring absences, workload and capacity within the team
- Providing support as 3nd line - solve and escalate problems for the process
- Creating ad-hoc reports checking data quality & process quality and working on improving them
- Monitoring registration of time spent per tasks & standard time and deviations
- Working with Lean/six sigma tools to solve problems
You’ll join Employment Services. The role is based in Łódź.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have great communication & analytical skills
- Have willingness to growth in HR area
Your experience and background:
- English on communicative level (at least B2)
- Excel advanced (ability to work with formulas, pivots and simple macros)
- Project management experience would be an asset/ Lean/Six sigma knowledge & experience or willingness to grow in this area
- Experience on similar role would be well perceived
- HR Experience is not required
