On behalf of our Client, highly respected global company from medical devices industry which develops its Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for the newly created position of Service Coordination Team Leader.

We are looking for and experienced manager who wants to build and develop the Service Coordination Team - the first point of contact for Customers and Field Engineers calling the department for technical support, parts and information. This is an office based role that may require limited time out of the office attending customer user meetings or site visits. The service coordination is the main interface between the customer and the support functions within the business unit. The SC Team Leader will be in charge of building and developing service coordination team with responsibility for organizing the work of field engineers, processing of customer spares orders and returns transportation, invoicing spares orders and dealing with account queries. Additionally, the Service Coordination Team will manage and administrate service contracts and coordinate system upgrades. The SC Team Leader role is to ensure that all customers are provided with high quality care and attention throughout the sales and service process, so that each customer is fully satisfied with the support they receive.

We are looking for a mature manager with a few years of experience in technical customer service area and excellent command of English. The ideal Candidate must be well-organised and familiar with data entry/data mining on various types of computer software packages using spread sheets (Excel) and be able to generate management reports. Moreover he or she must have well-developed communication skills and proven track record of committing to deadlines. Experience in working within SSC structure could be an advantage.
