Service Delivery Manager
This is going to be a great challenge for all of those who love to deliver high quality projects and want to take full responsibility for development process. As a SDM you will manage several project teams and facilitate a workflow between client and developers. Also you will be proactively identifying potential issues and coming up with solutions. What do we need from you?
- You understand client's needs and are kind of "Client – Centric" type of manager
- You already have 3-4 years of experience in IT projects management and operations
- You are great at building relationships with clients and development team
- You are not afraid of making decisions, even if they seem to be hard
- Your English is excellent both written and oral
- You have strong business and analytical mindset
- You can ensure efficient and cost effective project delivery
- You are easy going and creative in terms of finding improvements in development process
- You have proven track record in delivering multiple high quality services to medium and/or large sized clients
