- Drive service delivery from Poland
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Oversee and review activities performed by all the process out of Poland
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Monitor training requirement of the team and ensure SLA adherence
- Experience in AR area of 5-7 years
- Good written communication skills preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
- Good understanding of working with US customers/ B2B customers, across all customer groups including very small businesses
- Experience of BPO essential
