Service Desk Agent with French

As a Service Desk Agent you will provide a single point of contact between the company customers and the Customer Services organisation.
As a Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for recording all incidents, calls, requests and complaints from the customer and entering these on the Service Desk incident logging system, and routing them appropriately.
As a Service Desk Agent with French you will
- Communicate with the customer in a courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls and e-mails from Internal staff and Customers and responding to their requests for action
- To record all incidents, calls, requests and complaints received on the Service Desk incident management system
- Monitor progress of incidents, providing the customer with feedback and updated information regarding progress towards resolution
- To liaise with external partners and suppliers to ensure that Service Desk incidents are resolved effectively
- Assist with maintaining all Customer Service documentation and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required
Requrements
- Excellent communicator, at all levels, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Fluent in French, written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to manage diverse and sometimes conflicting responsibilities
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management skills
- Great teamwork and networking skills
- Creative problem solving capability
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- experience in a similar position
- Competent user of Microsoft Products particularly use of the Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
