Service Desk Agent with Romanian and English

Requirements:
- Advanced level of Romanian language, good level of English
- Experience on similar position or experience in SSC/ BPO
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is required)
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- University Degree: Accounting/ Finance/ Economic preffered
Responsibilities:
- Timely and professional response on queries regarding Accounts Payable: via e-mail, via phone (20% of volume), via other channels (e.g. post)
- Direct phone contactcs with vendors and employees from client
- Registering the queries in CRM application
- Active troubleshooting to identify the issue root causes and based on that: proper ticket categorization and tracking or redirecting to proper backoffice
- Cooperation with back office teams and Client"s business units to solve the query
- Ensure client satisfaction and operational results (SLA) by: providing accurate and complete information within agreed timings, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved, client-oriented and professional communication
