Currently for our client from fuel industry, we are looking for
Service Desk Agent with Swedish language
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Professional customer support for end users of fuel station assets and equipment (POS, BOS, Forecourt)
- Troubleshooting and advice to technical/functional issues and problems that are reported
- Requests registration and supervision according to team KPI’s
- Ordering maintenance & repair service from external suppliers and follow up on delivery
- Checking of system monitoring tools and solving failures reported there
- Active communication to all parties involved (station employees, service companies, IT and maintenance engineers, etc.) for effective problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Fluent Swedish language skills and good knowledge of English
- Education in IT or related fields (IT engineering would be an advantage) or last year students
- Experience in technical support as advantage
- Ability to understand customer demands and come up with solutions to their problems
- High service orientation
- Good teamwork skills
