Service Desk Specialist

You will be a good match if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in direct user support
- Have excellent knowledge of MS Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10
- Have knowledge of Windows server systems 2008/2012/2016
- Have practical knowledge of LAN / WAN / Internet
- Have good knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and configuration of peripheral devices
- Use English on daily basis
- Have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with ability to multi-tasks
- Are ready to work shifts
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support as 1st Line of Technical Support 24/7 for external and internal users
- Technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Removing errors and defects, implementing new solutions, updating software and modifying hardware using the knowledge and available tools
- Sharing knowledge in the field of IT applications
- Implementing and maintaining office IT environment standards
- Participating in the IT resource management process through the implementation of submissions and requests
- IT systems monitoring
