For our Client, international company, specialising in remote technical suport, due to the fact of intensive development, we are looking for Service Desk Team Leader with German.
Responsibilities:
• Create an stimulating team environment with an open communication culture
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set clear goals for the team members
• Provides clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs
required
• Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business
impact.
• Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are
met.
• Inspire team members
• Discover development needs and work to fulfill them
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or
actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization
• Suggest and organize team building activities
Skills Required:
• Fluent English and German
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Proven work experience as team leader or supervisor
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Decision-making skills
• Strong coordination skills to work activity for self and others
• Excellent proven customer service skills
• Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
