Job description
- Working in a dynamic environment supporting timely and accurate processing of all transactions and maintaining client service levels
- Close cooperation with business stakeholders that form the Global Custody structure whilst ensuring compliance to local and global regulations
- Securities transaction processing in accordance: prevailing market and client deadlines, CITIGROUP and SWIFT standards, local market standards, internal procedures
- Responsibility for Query resolution and reporting
- Active engagement in process improvement initiatives
- Support high quality of service delivered by the team
- Perform root cause analysis of common repair reasons and suggest enhancements
- Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner
- Encourage positive and professional working environment
- Additional business oriented tasks requested by manager
Requirements
- Knowledge in construction and functioning of financial instruments
- Good knowledge of securities administration and clearing for International Markets
- Good team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills; MS Office environment knowledge (very good knowledge of Excel)
- Analytical skills
- SWIFT Cod knowledge and global custody business will be an advantageous
