Site Lead
Job location: Kraków, Poland
Responsibilities:
- Represent Cognizant with local government and others such agencies, as required
- Interact and connect with various academic and industry bodies or local media
- Support Client visits
- Creating Cognizant brand awareness/enhancement in the region
- Support: Site Wise Celebrations, board meetings, Senior Leaders
- Support Compliance related activities (PSH/ESH/OSHAS)
- Support Delivery Excellence for the services provided from the center the center in terms of adequate staffing and governance mechanisms
- Provide Guidance and management to site support functions.
- Supporting outreach and Cognizant Foundation
- GDC budget
- Review attrition for the site
Required Skills:
- Well-developed managerial, analytical, organizational, operational and planning skills
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Capability to organize and prioritize effectively in order to manage diverse activities globally during crisis situation (IR issues, accidents, protests, strike, etc.)
- Identifying types of services best delivered from the center and build unique value proposition
- Strategize location BCP and lead a BCP situation
- Capability to highlight unutilized capacity
