Site Manager (Kierownik Obiektu w Budowie)
Workplace: Ełk
Duties:
- Construction sites in Poland (many locations). First location in Ełk city.
- Management, planning and coordination of assembly works at the facility.
- Management of subordinate employees and control of work performance and quality.
- Planning work schedules, distribution of work load (labor force), compliance with the time schedule.
- Coordination of the installed structures with the technical documentation.
- Supervision of work and fire safety in the facility.
- Monitoring of the company's production assets in the existing system.
- Management of on-site resources.
- Patty cash tasks.
- Communication with customer representatives at the construction site.
Requirements:
- Higher education or higher professional education in engineering.
- Experience on similar positions.
- High sense of responsibility, ability to plan and independently organize the work process.
- Skill in working with technical documentation, experience in working with MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Fluent Polish & English language skills.
- Initiative, orientation towards achieving goals and results.
- Driving license: minimum B category
