- Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
- Handle all enquiries from easyJet Customers via Facebook and Twitter
- Respond to queries sent directly by Client
- Notify customers of any changes in their journey
- Cooperation with customers with special needs during travel
- Work with colleagues to ensure Clients expectations are met
- Excellent written and oral skills in German or French or Spanish or Italian
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
- Confident, flexible and results oriented approach
- Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive outlook
