- Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field
- Good spoken and written English, level C2;

- Expertise in paid ads, performance/digital marketing campaigns
- Strong interdepartmental communication skills;
- Highly engaged in and active on social media;
- Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail – oriented, team player and solution-oriented;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects;
- Team player with ability to interface with many departments;
- Excellent communication, presentation, oral and writing skills;
- Copywriting and editing skills – as well as image and video editing skills;
- Strong knowledge of social media insights, analytics and tools;

- Creating, planning and executing social media campaign strategy;
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content that builds company image;
- Co-ordinating with content, graphic departments to create pipeline of posts;
- Moderating all user-generated content;
- Analysing social data/metrics, insights and reporting to the manager;
- Tracking high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability;
- Identifying and engaging with suitable influencers across a wide range of audience types;
- Running community management program to drive positive brand conversations;
- Engaging with the community, delivering content and messaging.
