Responsibilites
- Conduct training courses for Luxoft employees on: *Personnel Management *Leadership *Communication *Personal Efficience *other topics according to business needs
- 60-80 training hours per month
- Develop new training materials and update existing programs
- Analyze training effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 1 year of conducting soft-skills trainings for engineering staff
- IT Project Management knowledge
- Strong experience with PowerPoint
- Experience in conducting trainings in a large multi-national company
- Experience in team management
- Own portfolio of soft-skill trainings
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Russian language (reading)
- IT engineering background (coding, testing, analysis, etc.)
- IT project management experience, software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, Agile - XP)
- Experience in corporate education, knowledge of local and global training providers, knowledge of new training technologies including e-learning
