Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training courses for Luxoft employees on: *Personnel Management *Leadership *Communication *Personal Efficience *other topics according to business needs

(60-80 training hours per month)

  • Develop new training materials and update existing programs
  • Analyze training effectiveness
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of conducting soft-skills trainings for engineering staff
  • IT Project Management knowledge
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint
  • Experience in conducting trainings in a large multi-national company
  • Experience in team management
  • Own portfolio of soft-skill trainings
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Russian language (reading)

  • IT engineering background (coding, testing, analysis, etc.)

  • IT project management experience, software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, Agile - XP)
  • Experience in corporate education, knowledge of local and global training providers, knowledge of new training technologies including e-learning
