Your new company
You will be a member of the Krakow Wintel Service+ team responsible for operations of Client’s regional and global Software Change Management team.

Your new role
As a Software Change Management Coordinator you will coordinate Wintel OCRWeb (workflow tool) change requests, support software transition process, change Advisory Board (CAB) process and coordinate RNOW change requests (ServiceNow). Additionally, you will be responsible for Change Management service for Global Wintel Stakeholders and you need to Understand business priorities; adequately prioritise work accordingly to meet business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal Client you need to have 2 years of general IT experience (Windows Client & Server, basic Linux), experience in software change management and knowledge of software development lifecycle. Relevant candidate should be familiar with fundamental know-how about networking, distributed computing, packaging and testing, have ITIL knowledge and good verbal and written communication skills in English.
