Software Component Manager

Responsibilites
- Manages, coordinates, orchestrates tasks within the entire software component (SWC) lifecycle starting at idea inception, through development and testing, deployment preparation, production and decommission.
- Maps to close the business development role or the role closest to the vendor of purchased product. Is involved in a number of workflow approval processes.
- Maintains SWC attributes in CMDB.
- Proactive and reactive on requested or otherwise required changes.
Requirements
- General IT understanding across the Windows platform.
- Willingness to stay in Switzerland for two month onboarding.
- Good command of English - both spoken and written.
- Team player with minimal supervision.
- Dedicated technical writer.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with IBM SDLC software development methodology
- German language skills.
- Background in relational databases, Linux, Active Directory, networking, Internet services (mail, web).
