- Responsibility for the data quality of his SWC in the Inventory and Configuration Management Systems, e.g.
i-SAC
- Responsibility for achievement of goals regarding operation, availability, performance of his SWC along the
lifecycle (this does not include any CtB enhancements)
- Responsibility for a sound capacity planning and according measures to keep the system stable and with good
Performance
- Responsibility for all IT-Risk-and IT-Security Aspects of Code-Production & System Operation (e.g.
PADI/FICAS, CDC, Encryption, Backup, Archiving) and compliance of his SWC
Maintains SWC attributes in CMDB.
Proactive and reactive on requested or otherwise required changes.
IT Change Management
IT Infrastructure (Deployment, Databases) and Tools
- e.g. iSAC, OCRWeb, RTM, FCRA, CDC-I, Service
Now, QC, Subversion, BBS/ECMS
- IT Risk Management Frameworks & Industry
Standards
IT Service Management
General IT understanding across the Windows platform.
Willingness to stay in Switzerland for two month onboarding.
Good command of English - both spoken and written.
Team player with minimal supervision.
Dedicated technical writer.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with IBM SDLC software development methodology
German language skills.
Background in relational databases, Linux, Active Directory, networking, Internet services (mail, web).
Manages and coordinates all tasks within the entire lifecycle of a SWC. This role maps to the CtB / development person or the person closest to the vendor for a purchased product or software as service. The role SWC Manager is involved in different workflow approval processes.
