The primary responsibility will be:
Work closely and directly with the customer on daily basis;
Being a part of international scrum team;
Participating project planning sessions;
Implementing new features as per design documantation;
Maintenance and support the other teams involved in the project;
Documanting the features applied;
Creating unit tests and ensuring quality of the software deliverables;
Work closely with the DevOps team members for deploying infrastructure and pushing new components to testing and production.
Education: Master of science (tech.), Bachelor of science (tech.) Experience: 5+ years Compulsory skills:
Solid Python programming skills;
Knowledge of Software Architecture Patterns;
Hands-on experience with Flask framework;
Experience with scripting languages(bash/shell/groovy/...) is a plus;
Expirience with Docker;
Experience with AngularJS(1.x);
Experience with Kibana or Grafana is a big plus!
Knowledge of DevOps tech stack and specifically infrastructure automated deployment is a big plus!
Knowledge of HLS and MPEG DASH protocols is a great advantage!

Tasking is extending tools to monitor the performance of the video processing subsystem delivery of HLS and MPEG DASH manifest and media segments, hosted in AES.
that's for live video. 2nd major task is doing the same for VoD with the addition of calling RESTful APIs to validate what VoD assets should be available, are available and validating the availability of metadata for the VoD titles
