- Designing and delivering software solutions to meet business requirements focused on development of our global Data Quality capabilities.
- Using the Scrum Agile methodology, develop and customize the bank-wide Data Quality toolset based around the vendor system Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Managing the integration of the tool with the core Data Governance tooling (Collibra) to ensure the bank’s data is appropriately and consistently described and data quality metrics are returned.
- Undertake profiling requests using IDQ against data sets within Credit Suisse and provide assistance in interpreting and further developing these results where required.
- Developing new executable business rules within IDQ based on business rules specified within Collibra and enhance existing executable rules to cater for changing needs of the data governance community.
- Acting as internal 3rd level support for the tool and closely collaborate with vendor support to resolve complex issues involving the expertise of the vendor. Make sure support issues are prioritized and tracked to completion.
- Participating in enhancement projects as lead developer when larger enhancements of governance tooling ecosystem are planned. Provide effort-estimates for implementation tasks.

- English fluency, German is an advantage
- Strong hands-on experience in different programming languages (e.g. JSON, Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.)
- Self-learner, who adapts to learn new programming languages and concepts fast
- Know-how of web services and REST interfaces
- Experience with agile software development processes
- Understanding of data governance processes and the financial industry beneficial
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (or other Data Quality tool, or other Informatica products) would be beneficial
- BSc degree ideally with focus on Information Technology or related
