Scope Of Duties
Software developer is a member of a team that works on developing, maintaining and solving problems in IBM CPS systems.
Main duties:
- Developing new code (new functionalities) according to requests raised by first / second level support teams
- Fixing bugs in code
- Helping second support line in solving problems on production / test systems
- Improving application design, introduce own concepts to improve code quality and system performance
- Acquiring new knowledge and share it among team members
- Writing documentation of code
- Participating in software testing activities
- Improving programming skills (reduce number of bugs)
Skills required:
- C# or Java knowledge
- Relational database knowledge (DB2)
- NoSQL database knowledge (MongoDB)
- Good English, verbal as well as written
One of the following will be an asset:
- Angular 2+ knowledge /
- Python / Panda knowledge
- SAP knowledge / experience with SAP development
- Experience using container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
