For our Client, IT software company entering Cracow’s market, we are currently searching for Software Developer.

Software Developer will be responsible for prioritizing automation design and development as well as high standards of delivery on all projects. He will contribute to evolution of methodologies and procedures in order to improve a rapid and repeatable delivery model. The person will have a chance to contribute to the company’s local and global growth.
An ideal candidate on this position should have experience using Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services), solid software development fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, Object-Oriented programming, algorithms and system architecture), both understanding and experience of a variety of project management methodologies covering the full software development lifecycle. Moreover, Software Developer should be familiar with Agile methodology, have knowledge about process modelling and automation and also experience in working with global clients. The Candidate should possess at least undergraduate degree (preferably in mathematics, engineering or computer science), good written skills needed to produce documentation as well as the ability to learn quickly and progress in work.
Experience in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation projects, familiarity with Shared Services or BPO systems, organizations and support structures will be a strong asset. Very good English skills is a must.
