- Improve and automate test strategies and software configurations;
- Define automation test strategies and test manuals;
- Develop (automate) and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required;
- Participate in defining and communicating best practices;
- Maintain and update tests based on continuous feedback.
This particular role assumes that the vast majority of tasks will be related to SW development / test automation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA / Testing;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SW Development;
- Skills in C# coding is a must (understanding and developing the code - preferably testing tools / test automation frameworks);
- Quality Assurance & Testing background;
- Deep knowledge of SW Development Lifecycle;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency);
- Great analytical and problem solving skills;
- SQL knowledge;
- Continuous Integration knowledge - server-side & configuration (TeamCity/Jenkins/Hudson);
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
- Proactive, ambitious and motivated;
- Excellent team player.
Nice to have:
- Experience of using JIRA or Quality Centre (or equivalent tools);
- ISTQB Foundation certification;
- Java coding experience;
- Microsoft C# certification (MCSD/MCAD or Exam 70-483).
The Department is responsible for all sales and trading activities across all geographic locations globally.
As one of the most rewarding aspects of working in department is exposure to the huge variety of products in a very dynamic market, it also means that the biggest challenge is to gain an in depth understanding of these products in order to better serve the needs of clients today, and whatever the market will bring tomorrow. As the applications in scope are complex, testing defects are not necessarily an indication of a problem with the system. Therefore when defects are discovered during testing, the candidate will be able to perform an analysis to determine the appropriate cause of action before handing over to the development team.
In order to achieve this it is expected the person will quickly develop:
- understanding of the application architecture
- understanding of the purpose of the application and how it fits into the global business
There are couple of projects/applications called by upstream booking applications. They store and retrieve associations between a trade identifier with specific data, e.g. client identifier, documents identifier.

Trade loaders needs to deal with large volume of data. They feed various applications, e.g. risk engines (calculate risk), risk reporter.
Technologies: CQRS, MQ, Web API, mongo DB.
Raptor calculates and displays risk valuations in real time.
