Software Development Lead

• Research the viability of ideas for new product features
• Lead the design of new features and new products
• Create design documents from requirements
• Assign tasks to the developers on the team
• Provide technical oversight of the development team's work
• Ensure that the product meets the specified requirements
• Generate and own the development schedule
• Participate in implementation of the software

Mandatory:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong command of C# and the .NET Framework (or a very good knowledge of C++ with several years of commercial experience and willingness to learn C#)
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Demonstrated creativity and intelligent thinking
• Collaborate with documentation, testing and product management
• Solid understanding of the development process
• English language speaking and writing skills

Nice to have:

• Programming experience with SNMP, TCP/IP, Sockets, SQL Server, WinForms, Windows Installer
• Networking knowledge and experience
• Web development with ASP.NET
