As a Software Development Team Leader you will:
- Lead the scrum team (4-6 developers) in their development process
- Lead the development projects of tailored web applications that solve problems from many domains (HR, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
- Manage the development process based on Angular, Vue.js and NET 4.5.2 / ASP.NET Core
- Represent the development team and the project in front of the client and higher in the organization
- Act as an analyst / consultant of business needs and suggest optimal solutions
- Lead and coordinate the design and planning meetings
- Assure the overall quality and the best user experience in all elements of the developed products
- Assure the Scrum process quality and its compliance to Agile principles

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- Proven experience in coordinating a web application development process (1+ year)
- Team management experience (1+ year)
- Strong software development background (3+ years of hands-on-experience)
- Familiarity with technologies used: Angular / Vue.js, ASP.NET 4.5.2 / ASP.NET Core
- Understanding of good design principles and software architecture
- Experience and clear understanding of Agile delivery and Scrum framework (1+ year)
- Very good communication skills
- Very good English skills (C1+ level)
