Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
We are looking for a candidate who could join the CA&M team as the Software Development Tools Consultant.The candidate for the position should present the following skillsets:
• Can communicate easily
• Is able to collect inputs (VoC) from engineering community and contribute to tools and process strategy recommendations
• Enjoys staying current with industry trends in software engineering
• Able to monitor tool vendors' last offerings/releases and make recommendations
• Has background in software engineering (5 years+, consulting and providing trainings for software engineering can be included)
• Understands software engineering (e.g. practical experience of product releasing)

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Experience with Atlassian products (e.g. administration of Jira)
• Experience with IBM Jazz platform
• Understanding of agile development practices and principles (e.g. SAFe knowledge)
• Experience with database administration and programming (e.g. Oracle administration)
