We are currently looking for Software Discovery Specialists for the BigFix Inventory product team in Krakow, located at O3 Business Campus on Opolska street. We are looking for talented, self-motivated and curious people with good programming skills that feel great in an unconventional environment, people who like to get thoroughly involved in inclusive and open-minded team-work in a dynamic, multicultural organization with advanced processes.

As a Software Discovery Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating additional content to extend functions of BigFix Inventory Catalog, in particular in a field of software identification
- contributing to innovative projects, new product enhancements
- contributing to any process improvements to maximize the team’s productivity
- troubleshooting and resolving products issues reported by customers in the field
Required Technical Skills
- Be able to analyze different sets of information and find a pattern
- Knowledge of UNIX & Windows operating systems at least on user level
- Ability to install and configure advanced systems and complex enterprise software
- Knowledge of at least one programming language on basic level

- Ability to create algorithms
