Travelport Czech Republic is currently looking for a fellow programmer with experience in development of JavaScript applications using ExtJS libraries. Our team is working on a long-term agenda of developing and operating an online booking tool for air and train tickets (not exclusively). We utilize a wide range of technologies – PHP, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, GIT etc.). Our latest plan is to build new services in order to extend our customer base. We expect the new colleague to contribute with his or her own experience and expertise to the development, and will later be happy to participate in development and operation of the entire system.

Travelport Czech Republic (Krakow branch) is currently looking for a fellow programmer with experience and knowledge in development of JavaScript applications using ExtJS libraries and the following technologies – PHP, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, GIT etc. We will teach you the rest.
TripGate is a web-based application allowing customers from around the world to book primarily air tickets, but also trains and hotels. We use a range of suppliers to satisfy needs of the clients.
In cooperation with fellow developers, we are preparing a platform for easier integration and sale of individual services. To accelerate the development, we’re looking for programmers with practical experience in the following technologies. We expect that they will help us proceed in the right direction and possibly will be interested to engage in other areas as well.
Our small team deals with all kinds of tasks such as expanding the system with new extensive services, minor adjustments, detective work over the delicate nuances of the participating systems, and general operation. We primarily use PHP and JavaScript but obviously we cannot do that without a lot of CSS stylesheets, SQL queries, shell or python scripts and ansible playbooks. All the while we continue developing our ability to refactor the existing code and we also like to involve automated tests.
Wymagania
- Experience in the development in JavaScript on the EXT.js platform
- Experience in PHP5.6+ (CakePHP)
- Ability to participate in the design and development of reusable components
- Interest in writing a clean code
- Experience with GIT or other version control system
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation
- Desire to learn new skills and working with new tools
- Desire to participate in the development and operation of the entire system
- Experience with writing automated tests
- Development of mobile applications (iOS, Android)
