Software Engineer

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                            

What do you need to start?

• You need to have a good knowledge of programming concepts
• You should be familiar with web technologies (HTTP, Client-Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
• You are willing to learn and be able to deliver results without supervision
• You have a good communication skills

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
 

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

• You will develop features and solutions using JavaScript, Node.js or C# .NET
• You will work in a scrum team according to Agile principles
• You will work closely with UI/UX designers
• You will build tailored web applications and automation solutions that solve problems from many domains (HR, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
• You will participate in design and planning meetings

 

What your development path can look like?

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
