Responsibilities:

- Lead software engineering team to build world class SaaS financial technology products
- Innovate in fast growing mortgage technology space: technology, product, user experi-ence
- Deliver high-quality, robust, high-performance software solutions
- Play active role in defining and implementing SaaS platform technology strategy
- Strive to refine development process for maximum effectiveness
- Hire and retain top talent with both the right skill sets and mindsets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering managment
- Expert level technical knowledge: OOP, systems architecture, Java and related frame-works, HTML/CSS/Jscript, XML, XSLT
- Practical knowledge in creating and commercializing web and mobile strategies and so-lutions
- Good knowledge of software algorithms and design patterns
- Strong team leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and influence oth-ers
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes
- Expertise in software development using Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Passion to deliver a high quality, industry leading user experience
