For our Client, American IT corporation which is opening its new IT department in Kraków, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the position of Software Licensing & Procurement Specialist.
Responsibilities of the Licensing & Procurement Specialist will consist of selection, negotiation, purchasing and management of software licenses used within the organization. Specialist will also support procurement functions, ensure proper lifecycle management of company assets and standards, and negotiation of favourable pricing.
The Ideal Candidate possesses University degree, minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT procurement, and experience working with Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and MSDN Licensing Agreements. Additionally, Specialist on that position should have strong skills in MS Excel or MS Access, experience using Microsoft SCCM or similar asset management tools. What is more, we requires understanding of purchase order processes and the accounting concepts related to software, hardware and maintenance agreement.
