Key Responsibilities:
- Review and provide feedback on feature and product requirements; participate in feature design reviews; ensure feature and product implementation correspond to customer expectations, requirements and specifications.
- Write, maintain, review, and execute test plans; investigate, log, track, and retest defects
- Write and maintain test automation that ensures thorough feature and/or product testing.
- Collaborate to create test plans and testing effort estimations
- Use metrics as means of quantifying product quality and assessing project/product risk.
- Define, refine and review acceptance criteria for projects as appropriate.
- Implement infrastructure and process improvements that allows the team to perform tasks more efficiently or accurately.
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of direct experience in software quality assurance, testing, programming, software development, technical support, or other related experience in a web software development capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of software testing practices.
- Knowledge of test automation and performance tools such as, Selenium and JMeter.
- Experience testing on desktop and mobile devices
- Exposure to one of the following; PHP, Java, JavaScript
- SaaS/Cloud experience, testing and working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be a bonus
