Software Quality Engineer
- B2B: up to 800 PLN/MD netto + VAT
Responsibilities:
- Designs, creates, executes and maintains automated tests
- Document the detailed steps to reproduce the defect
- Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
- Consultation with development engineers and business analysts to solve problems
- Designing, coding and execution of automatic test scripts
- Attends status meetings and submits oral and written reports on job progress
- Maintains automatic scripts
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in QA testing, writing and executing test plans
- Experience in creating scripts including Python, JAVA or Shell
- Experience in working with XML
- Unix at the user level
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira
Preferred experience and skills:
- Knowledge of the test domain
- Experience in working with global, distributed teams
- Experience in testing backend systems
- Knowledge of GIT (or other version control tool)
- Experience in test automation tools (eg JMeter, Selenium, QTP)
- Good command of the spoken and written English language
