Our Client is a Swedish market leader in farming of animals.
No we are looking for a Software Support Specialist for the department (Farm Management and Support System) located in Wrocław.
As a Sysatem Specialist you will work with our Farm Management products.
The work is performed in close cooperation with sales organizations and R&D working on software development; international traveling and customer visits arerequired.
Your main tasks will be:
- Software maintenance and support for company's organisation and customers
- Training materials development
- Providing trainings for sales organizations, dealers and customers
- Development of instruction books
- Acceptance testing of new solutions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of practical experience from support,installation, training and maintenance of software and computer network systems
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Univesity degree in computer science or equal
- Organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people across functions and cultures
- Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious, willing to take the lead in communicating the capabilities of Company Farm Management solutions
