We are looking for self-driven and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Solution Designer to join our IT team in Warsaw. The BI Solution Designer for Quality works with the business and IT counterparts to pro-actively understand and analyze the BI and reporting needs with the main focus on the Quality processes, tools and End-to-end Quality Management domain. Based on this analysis the Solution Designer determines solutions in line with the IT target architecture and the existing BI roadmaps and drives the related project implementation. Excellent English skills, ability to acquire technical knowledge, working with external providers, and driving for innovations in the Business Intelligence domain are required.
The Solution Designer has the overall responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, identifying business solutions, and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT technology. He/she acts as a liaison between the business and IT to conduct the required analysis including business case analysis, requirements analysis, systems analysis, process analysis, and test analysis. The Solution Designer drives project implementations with third-party IT partners to ensure that BI solutions and systems meet the business needs and are optimal and highly available.
The Solution Designer:

Acts as a functional expert in the SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Oracle Data Warehouse, and various Quality reporting solutions for IT stakeholders, Service Owners, business stakeholders, and end users

Establishes and maintains consistent BI dialogs with business stakeholders across the Quality organization

Advises IT impacts of business solutions to organizational change, strategic planning or policy development

Drives IT projects to ensure consistent implementation of new or changed reporting features and solutions into the BI and IT landscape

Ensures that the recommended solutions aligned and complied with the target BI and IT architecture and vision

Maintains and communicates BI development roadmaps.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent education, or proven working experience related to BI

Strong hands-on experience with various SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools
-
Deep understanding of BI and Quality related business processes, architecture, and IT landscape. Furthermore, a broad insight on how those fit into the overall IT tool and enterprise landscape required

Proven project experience in the BI, data warehousing, and data analytics area for both conceptual and design, as well as actual project implementation
