Job Description:
- Project Delivery and Management: Lead small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, manage project economics including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, manage stakeholders and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions. This may include: working with client to define, plan and execute projects, leading team on projects
- Business Development: Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities. Business development responsibilities will be two-fold – help win projects with clients and generate internal business for Capability Network from the global practice
- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, provide training on consulting essentials and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Ability and flexibility to work and travel across EU
- Minimum higher degree
- 8+ years hands-on consulting experience working within the Sourcing & Procurement field and transformational related topics
- Demonstrate expertise in any of the following Sourcing and Procurement specializations: Global and Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Transformation, Procure-to-Pay Processes Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management, Category Management, Spend Management Solutions
- Should have a good understanding of at least one key Sourcing and Procurement supportive tools (e.g. Ariba, Emptoris, Oracle, SAP SRM)
- Mandatory consulting, team management and project delivery experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) plus good level of the other foreign language e.g. Russian or Italian, French, German, Spanish – mandatory
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Should have team management and project delivery experience
- Should express business development abilities
