For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Robakowo near Poznan, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Special Projects Manager with German and English.
The key responsibilities are: performing and coordinating of special projects – SSC and internal clients optimization processes, implementation as well as modification of IT systems and migration of accounting functions from the new partnerships to SSC. Group project management including workers from different departments and other group companies with proposing and implementation of the accounting and financial processes would be one of your duties. You will also be responsible for cooperation with head of other SSC departments in order to execute SSC tasks and definition of process and organizational optimization. Solving of on-going problems (preparing of possible analysis) in area of SSC, in which is involved no more than one team or accounting process. The other daily task would be preparing reports and analysis according to accounting system data, related systems or from the other sources. Managing of the users and improvements in accounting and related systems. Contact with internal client and building constant and profitable business relationship with foreign partners.
As ideal Candidate you should speak German and English on a professional level. Also you should have at least university degree in economics or postgraduate degree in finance or accountancy. Apart of the education, you should have minimum 2 year experience on similar position and experience in unassisted project management in international teams. Moreover you should have deep-in knowledge in accountancy and finance as well as very good knowledge in MS Office software. What’s more you should have an ability in solving interdisciplinary problems. We are looking for internal client oriented candidates with very good communication skills. Experience in working with SAP system or migration processes as well as working in SSC would be an advantage.
