For our Client, Share Service Center based in Warsaw, we are seeking the Specialist in Payments with English.
Specialist in Payments ensures that vendor and employee payments are executed according to payment terms and payment schedule, reviews payment proposals for completeness and accuracy and handles any company specific payment exceptions.
Main responsibilities of Specialist in Payments include also resolving any issues with automatic payment runs and manual payments, contacting the banks and third parties to resolve queries and checking up on returned payments.
From the successful Candidate we expect min. 2 years of experience in Account Payable and 1 year in payments. We require knowledge of AP and processing payments, excellent communications skills; ability to keep deadlines is essential. Fluent English and SAP is a must.
