On behalf of our client, a leading multinational BPO company from Lodz, we are seeking candidates with foreign languages.

Candidates will become a part of a global multinational team specializing in the area of sourcing, procurement and customer service. You will take part in in-depth knowledge trainings.

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Responding to queries and solving problems related to purchase orders, supplier invoices or payment status
• Maintaining high quality of reports
• Identifying areas for improvement to processes and procedures

An ideal Candidate has previous professional experience in procurement or customer service but we are seeking also for Candidates who want to gain their first work experience. Very good knowledge of one of the following languages is required: French, Dutch, German. At least good English is a must.
