Specjalista ds. obsługi klienta (j. niemiecki)

 

Opis stanowiska:

  • Diagnoza i rozwiązywanie problemów zgłaszanych przez Klientów, w tym niemieckojęzycznych
  • Identyfikacja potrzeb klientów
  • Kompleksowa obsługa zgłoszeń: od identyfikacji problemu do rozwiązania lub przekazania do odpowiedniej jednostki
  • Udzielanie wsparcia z zakresu Help Desk (telefoniczne, mailowo)
  • Aktywna współpraca z pracownikami innych działów
  • Doświadczenie w branży IT (help desk) nie jest wymagane – pracodawca zapewnia odpowiednie szkolenia

 

 

Wymagania:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. niemieckiego
  • Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego
  • Obsługa klienta na wysokim poziomie
  • Komunikatywność i zdolności interpersonalne
  • Zdolność do szybkiego uczenia się
  • Zainteresowanie branżą IT – mile widziane
