Specjalista ds. obsługi Klienta (przychodzące)
Miejsce pracy: Goleniów, Nowogard
Zakres obowiązków
  • obsługa Klientów online (głównie za pośrednictwem wewnętrznego systemu, mail, telefon)
  • odpowiadanie na zapytania, rozwiązywanie problemów zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami
  • wsparcie Klienta na każdym etapie procesu
  • budowanie relacji z Klientami i dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy
  • sporządzanie raportów z wykonywanych działań
  • prace biurowe
Poszukiwane kompetencje
  • pozytywne nastawienie  – warunek konieczny!
  • łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów i utrzymywania relacji z ludźmi
  • umiejętność i zapał do rozwiązywania problemów
